This Wendy’s delivers fresh burgers, hot fries and addictive Frosty varieties (the Orange Creamsicle is a fan favorite), plus salads and chili for lighter choices. Service and cleanliness are inconsistent: some visits are fast and efficient with friendly staff, while others report slow drive‑thru mobile pickups, rude or indifferent employees and unsanitary bathrooms. The app offers deals but can be confusing and won’t combine offers. Overall it’s a convenient, family‑friendly fast‑food option with quality ingredients, tempered by variable execution and occasional management issues.
While some of the staff are hardworking and maintain a positive attitude, there's one employee at the drive-thru mic who has a terrible demeanor and gives off a negative vibe. It's perplexing to me why people like him are still employed.
I recently did a drive-through mobile order, and I have to say, I'm obsessed with the Orange Creamsicle Frosty. Because of it, I've been visiting Wendy's more often!
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. The service was terrible, and the manager was unhelpful and seemed indifferent. He didn't provide any solutions to the issues we faced. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
