a long time moes customer at other locations. I’m used to moe’s Monday that offers a reduced burrito only option, but here they offered it with a soda so not much savings when buying a burrito at full price. also the included amount of salsa is only sad, a single small condiment container and they charge for everything extra. Thanks for a bag with chips, but enough salsa to eat 5 of them. he makes the trip to another... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
Havent been in awhile so i thought let me stop by. Worst mistake ever. First neither worker changed gloves, then i ask the one making my burrito to give me half and half of chicken, in which the cashier could clearly over hear. The cashier still charged me for extra protein. Tried to leave a survey but the store number is not correct on the receipt. Overall horrible experience and there is no way in hell ill ever be... This is a very disappointing place. Qdoba and Taco Bell are way better and won't upset your stomach.Low quality food, loaded too much meat, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces onto the tacos, quesadillas, and other food items. Your digestion system will be all out of sync after eating here. I don't like how small the tacos have been at these establishments. Having the tacos loaded and being messy and sloppy is too much. Also the beef tasted like dog food and had a weird after taste too it. The steak quesadilla was undercooked and not seasoned well. The workers move too fast like an assembly line and make critical mistakes because not only do they move too fast, but they barely know English.I also don't like the language barrier when trying to purchase food from these places. The employees communicate in Spanish and barely know and communicate in English which is not good at all. There should not be a basic struggle with communicating orders and what is wanted on food. The language barrier at these types of restaurants is highly annoying is just not right. English please!
Got tacos which were below average in every way. Low grade ingredients across the board. Will not return.
I am a fan of Moe's, but I was disappointed with this particular location. The service and food quality were not on par with other Moe's restaurants.
I am a fan of Moe's, but unfortunately, this particular location seems to struggle with properly rolling a burrito. Every time I have visited, I have ordered their home wrecker burrito and instead of the neatly rolled masterpiece I see in pictures, I have received a ball shape. While still tasty, it is also messier than it should be, with fillings spilling out of the ball shape. I am heading there now, and if I receive another ball, I will update this review with a picture. Update: I received another ball, and have attached the original photo along with a picture of the burrito after I unsmashed and properly rerolled it to show its true size.
There was nothing negative about this Moe's restaurant. I ordered a Joey bag of donuts and it lived up to my expectations. The chips weren't the freshest, but it didn't bother me because I was able to enjoy Moe's without having to drive anywhere else. It's worth noting that providing restaurant-quality service in a food court at a mall can be challenging. During busy times, it can be very noisy, seating may be limited, and the employees may not have time to chat with customers.
