Never seem to answer there phone. Must be closed. VM box is full. Only reason for neg review is fact that Google says there open and phone rings instead of going straight to vm. Very misleading.

Poor first impression with this location. I walk in and I’m the only customer, one of the employees is laying against the counter on the customer side gabbing about their personal life, the rest of the employees are standing around, no one acknowledges me. Even the cashier who was facing me and made eye contact. They waited for the other employee to finish their story. It was rude, awkward and unprofessional. I recommend giving your business somewhere its appreciated but it’s not here.

I perfer too see the food prep workers keeping their person a distance from food, wearing proper culinary appreal mask, gloves, appren, and dress up to par for presentation. Other than that, nice csr at this location.

Excellent customer service. Very clean and pleasant location. Management has actually made a mistake in our order for my wife's company, but was real enough to give us 8 free sandwiches and expressed is concern and apology. I'm a big fan of Jimmy Johns' in general, but the class act on behalf of management in this place is 15 minutes out of my way, just for service. Sandwiches are always excellent and fresh. A little hint you can buy day old bread for quite cheap if you want to take a few home and try the UNWICH for the low coal option!
