She mentioned she wa... read more I’ve visited Dunkin' three times and usually avoid negative reviews, but this place deserves one. Each time, I was served by the same girl. She mentioned she was short-staffed and needed a few minutes for a bathroom break when I arrived to order, which I understood and waited patiently. She returned sooner than expected—I heard the flush and the door open—and then quickly rinsed her hands, which concerned me about hygiene. The experience declined from there. While she was rude the first two visits, I assumed it was just her personality. However, during my third visit, she served me a coffee that tasted off, sour like the milk was spoiled. Although I’m usually reluctant to return drinks, I didn’t want to risk getting sick, so I went back to exchange it. Waiting in line behind two people, she loudly asked across the room why I was back. When I explained the issue, she argued with me. I requested a new coffee, and she showed the milk container, insisting she had added fresh milk. There must have been some miscommunication, but I only wanted a different coffee. She started to remake it but claimed she’d done it correctly the first time. No one should be treated poorly for returning a drink with bad milk. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude. I won’t be returning to Dunkin'. If you value cleanliness and quality coffee over their menu options, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Even though I really want coffee, I’d rather wait 20 minutes in the McDonald’s drive-thru across the street than deal with them. Why should I give them my money when they’re consistently unpleasant? They’ve never been friendly or smiled even once.
