I bought a bag of potatoe and a bag of Orange, both were rotten. Im not gonna return again

Summary: The pros of H-Mart include the availability and quality of products. I’m deducting 2 stars for lack of customer service.I usually enjoy coming to H-Mart (especially for the fresh produce and good quality tofu), but a major drawback is dealing with the cashiers. Unfortunately, I have gotten used to the lack of customer service from cashiers at H-Mart (both in Ellicot City and Wheaton): not friendly, no greeting, and generally ignoring you as a customer. But the biggest pitfall is whenever I go to checkout, the cashiers don’t bag my groceries. At the end of them ringing up my items we usually end up in a staring match of ‘who will bag the groceries?’. And its me. I can count the one time where one male cashier stopped me to take over. I would like to assume this is policy (like Aldi or Lidl), but I know that’s not the case. I’ve observed other checkout lanes where customers are getting groceries bagged by a cashier.This has happened enough to me not want to come anymore and if asked, would not encourage anyone to come. Why should I? I just find it a complete turnoff and I cannot justify spending money here.

Good Asian groceries. It has a focus on quality Korean food, which I like very much.

I love coming here it's always a treat finding good Asian groceries
