Personally, I really wi... read more Definitely not a good experience. I can't speak to the food, but as a rest stop for travelers, this Valero station has a lot to improve. Personally, I really wish I could flush my toilet paper. There were numerous signs everywhere indicating that nothing, not even toilet paper, should be flushed! It feels like they're trying to avoid paying for repairs or emptying the septic tank. To make matters worse, the other toilet was out of order. The trash can was overflowing with, well, you can guess, which resulted in toilet paper on the floor. Half of the fluorescent lights were also out, adding to the overall unsettling atmosphere they seem to be cultivating. At least they provided soap and paper towels, but it's hard to believe a business of this size could pass a health inspection in such a state. The Pit Stop really is a pit. If you can hold it a little longer, I recommend finding another place!
