Was GARY ESTRADA at Rocket Cafe a mag?
During my visit to Gallup, our hotel recommended Rockets for delivery. I ordered the Linguine and Shrimp, requesting extra crushed red pepper and Parmesan. I visited this restaurant for the first time in eight years since returning from Santa Fe, and it did not live up to the expectations set by others. I was quite disappointed with my order of the Philly steak and fries. The fries were soggy and overly greasy, while the meat was dry and in such small portions that it was hardly worth mentioning. I ordered pork chops dinner. The baked potato tasted old and dry. Yesterdays potato. Didn't really enjoy my meal. I probably wouldn't choose that restaurant again.

Too many items on the menu. I think Rocket Café needs to decide whether it's an Italian restaurant or an American one. A single focus on one will change the food for the better.
