Their manager told me she was 100% sure my chuck would ring up for the sale price of 7.99 per pound and when I got to the checkout it rang up at 8.49 I told the attendant and they acted like I was lying to them or something. Disappointing. View all feedback.
Worst king soopers I 've been to. Treated me like a criminal and I had to run to my car and left my two purchases with the front staff who said no problem. I was gone for 5 minutes and due to the time I was gone they put my stuff away It was the last bag of bagels of that brand, I couldn 't afford the other ones. They were not back on the shelf, I doubt they were sold I could barely find them. I guess didn 't want to sell them to me. The lady at the front was extremely rude and no desire to help me, she made a weak excuse about getting everyone out at closing. It was 9:30
Really disappointed with the customer service at this store. When my pick up order was late I called to cancel and was on hold for over 10 minutes. The person I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and informed me that everyone doing pick up orders left for the day (despite the window for pick up still being open) and refused to connect me with a manager to address my issue. I was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. When I called back, the supervisor for the store (Samuel) informed me he could not help me even before I told him my issue.
This location has the worst bakery I've seen for making cakes. First time I waited over a half hour for someone to even help me. Second time I showed up and it was not even made. I would not recommend this location for bakery.
Unbelievable! How does a store that I've been going to for 20+ years just suddenly collapse. Really need the upper management to walk this store.its sad that I have to give up,I really gave them the benefit of the doubt for over a year now, 5 stores with in a few blocks,Safeway,Spourts,Natural gr.,Walmart and of course King Soopers. Guess I know where I won't go anymore.
Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by an employee named Boo, whose professionalism quickly faded in the face of the shocking behavior of the rest of the staff. Boo kindly directed me to the customer service counter, which was unfortunately unattended. I was informed that the staff was on a 15-minute break. I waited patiently as several other frustrated customers came and went, all lamenting the store's persistent lack of service. When the break was finally over, I approached a petite blonde woman who appeared to be a manager. She brushed me off dismissively, saying she was busy. Moments later, she gathered the staff for a huddle right in front of me, where I stood waiting in vain for someone to assist me. Each staff member made eye contact with me during the huddle, yet not one offered help or even acknowledged my presence. As I continued to wait, an elderly woman nearby who was waiting for a money order nearly fainted from waiting and being ignored. During the huddle, a man entered the store, brazenly shoplifted items, walked right by the gathered staff, and left the store without anyone intervening, despite the alarms going off. After the huddle ended, the staff returned to their tasks without ever acknowledging me. I had now been waiting for 40 minutes. Another customer informed me that an assistant manager had said it would be another 30 minutes before the customer service desk would be staffed. Defeated, I decided to leave. As I exited, Boo approached and asked if I had received the help I needed. Upon hearing that I hadn’t, Boo apologized profusely. While I appreciated her sincerity, it could not make up for the shocking neglect and utter disregard for customers displayed by the rest of the staff and management. This store exemplifies poor leadership, and that dismissive blonde woman should be relieved of her duties immediately. The lack of accountability and indifference toward customers is unacceptable, and I will never return to this King Soopers. I strongly recommend that others avoid this store if they value their time and expect even the most basic level of customer service.
