Stopped here around 9:30 pm on the way home. Service took longer than expected however the food was great. That was the most packed steak quesadilla I've had at a taco bell. They did not skimp! View all feedback.
What elijah rivera doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Ordered 3 taco supremes they all came out like this. No tomato no sour cream. Just lettuce and cheese.Couldn’t go back because it’s 11 and I had work in the morning. You guys owe me another 3 taco supremes. View all feedback.
The guy at the windows name was John, an older gentleman probably 40-50 and I ordered a shredded beef chalupa and shredded beef quesadilla and he screamed at me that I don't understand anything and I'm ruining their business. And it's my fault for using the app. When I only asked if I could have my chalupa and quesadilla remade with chicken instead since they gave me ground beef after I paid for upgrade of shredded beef. I asked politely for him to stop talking to me like that because I would cry, and I quite literally did because he kept yelling at me that I was so mad and ruining them. And I was holding up the line meanwhile I was waiting for an extra item I also purchased but forgot to order earlier, while they also remade my items. So I wasn't holding up the line I was just waiting for my old food remade and new food. I think about going back or to a different Taco Bell because I enjoy the food, I even just got the slides in the mail, but each time I think of Taco Bell I now think of how terrible I felt being yelled at, and get anxiety over it and choose to make food or go somewhere else which is difficult being a nightshift worker, working 14 hr shifts. Taco Bell is sometimes the only option. But now I am too unsettled to go.
I encountered a truly unfortunate experience at Taco Bell 321 Route 1,5 Wharton, NJ 035255. The worker, who was supposedly the manager of the store, showed me very disrespectful behavior. The incident happened in full view of the surveillance cameras and should have been caught on tape. I was also verbally harassed, and this should be documented as well. This event left me in tears and was definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. On May 15th, 2023, at around 1:30 pm, I visited Taco Bell for lunch. When I got there, nobody was at the counter by the two registers, so I went straight to an automated machine. Apart from the two of us, the restaurant was empty inside. However, quite a few cars were waiting in the drive through for their orders. Despite my attempts to use the ordering machine, they were unsuccessful, so I decided to go up to the counter instead. A young lady working in the kitchen asked me to hold on while she finished what she was doing. After a brief moment, a man peeked around the drive through corner and loudly instructed me to use the kiosk. When I explained that I needed further help, he vanished quickly without offering anything else. Once more, a woman instructed me to wait. This guy then advanced in my direction from the drive through and gestured toward the kiosk, saying loudly that I should use it. As I tried to explain my difficulty, he bluntly told me the machine was there for a purpose and that I should be using it. Unfortunately, he disregarded my point of view and talked over me when I tried to explain why I was having difficulty ordering. He demanded that I stop talking and then said he 'd teach me. I pointed out that I was the customer here and thus should be treated differently. Refusing to back down, he claimed it didn 't matter; In order to place my order, I had to use the machine since the person at the counter was unable to help me. I inquired why there were two registers, and he shouted, saying that I should have figured it out myself. Gathering my belongings, I stood to leave, but he increased the volume of his voice. Not tolerating this kind of behavior, I calmly said to him, "I expect to be treated with respect as a customer. His reply was that he didn 't care at all so I politely asked him to leave me alone and requested someone else take my order. He kept hurling insults at me, which made me think that if I revealed I was a retired veteran, he might have some sympathy. Unfortunately, that wasn 't the case, and he said he didn 't care, suggesting that as an FBI OR veteran, I should be wiser than to expect anything different. At that moment, I felt so disrespected. When I requested to speak with the manager, he claimed he was the manager and refused to give me his name. To make matters worse, someone else had to come over and take my order because of the rude behavior of this person. I asked the individual who stepped in to take my order for the rude employee 's name and was told it was Paul. Paul shouted at me even after I got my food. He clearly stated that he didn 't care about me being an FBI, veteran. He also went to the extent of laughing and saying asking for his details was futile. I tried getting him to stop multiple times, but he kept on hurling abuses at me in an extremely loud voice. Eventually, it became clear that nothing would happen to him for his actions. I am a veteran and have done my duty for the country, deploying to Iraq 3 times, yet this experience is simply unacceptable. The Taco Bell staff had no respect for me as a customer, and this cannot be tolerated it 's not an acceptable policy. As someone who has always been appreciative of the respect and appreciation that this organization has shown towards veterans, I expect higher standards from those representing it. I hope such an incident does not occur again. The picture captures the fact that he was yelling at me and how scared I felt it was all visible in his expression. It was an intimidating incident!
I recently visited a Taco Bell location and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. The restaurant itself was refreshingly clean and well-maintained, which further added to my positive impression. When it came time to order, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure to get my order right. And when I received my food, I was blown away by the quality and taste. Each bite was bursting with flavor. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were well-stocked with supplies and sparkling clean. Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious fast food in a clean and welcoming environment.
I don't understand what's going on with this taco bell, but the customer service has gone downhill when they used to be great. I understand that they're understaffed and overworked/burnt out, etc. but they can't keep the dining room open AND refuse to take care of customers AND tell them to just use the kiosk AND also not keep the dining room clean, they can't have it both ways. Not everyone wants to use the kiosk, customers shouldn't practically have to be forced to use it. If they're going to keep the dining room open at all, there NEEDS to be someone at the counter, you can't just neglect cleanliness and be rude to customers for using the dining room that you chose to keep open to the public, it's not right.
Refund my food. This Taco Bell can’t do simple refunds and wants me to go an hour away while I have covid to come into the store to get a refund because they mess up every single time… unacceptable. Can’t even give me the right sauce packets…
