First time here today and was really glad we went. Ordered an ornate sausage roll and was pleasantly surprised when it came to the table with a green salad and relish with sprinklings of black sesame seeds not only visually pretty, but tasted great too! Coffee was delicious as well! Will be back View all feedback.
What Rey Machado doesn't like about Twist:
The service was good but the food was a sore disappointment. Dined in on Saturday 5th. Sept. If there was any hint of Indian flavour to the cuisine, it never came across. The meal portions were miniscule. Overall not value for money View all feedback.

Amazing meal with friends on a Monday night- yes Whangarei does have restaurants that open Mondays! Warm friendly atmosphere on a chilly winters night. Great menu, attentive but not over bearing staff and the food was delicious from entree through to mains. Highly recommended.
Waited nearly half an hour for a smoothie, milkshake and two cookies from the cabinet. Smoothie and milkshake were tiny, no flavour, just milk and syrup by the taste of it. Cookies were rock hard and very average. 1/5 will not be back
Great food and coffee. Really good location as well
Seafood soup lacked flavour, but very helpful team. Nice atmosphere.
