The Butter Factory - Whangarei

We arrived later in the evening, just before the kitchen was about to close, but our waiter was quick and friendly. He informed us that the kitchen was closing soon and was more than willing to help us choose some delicious dishes. The food was absolutely beautiful, the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was delightful. It’s a nice, cozy spot, and I can see why it gets busy. I'm really glad I finally got to experience this place instead of just hearing about it!

What an amazing place! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was a bit apprehensive about dining alone during my business trip, especially after a disappointing experience the night before, but I'm so glad I decided to go! The staff were wonderful, and although the food took some time to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait—I've waited much longer for food that wasn't nearly as good. I will definitely be returning and recommending this spot to my colleagues!

I would rate this restaurant a perfect 10/10 for its friendly staff! I will definitely be returning in the future. I ordered the creamy prawn dish along with some delicious bread, while my partner enjoyed the fish burger. Everything was absolutely delicious! The overall atmosphere was just our style, and the staff made the experience even better. Thank you!

Nice staff nice menu but slow to take order then had to ask if we could have a drink and wasn't offered any water till we finished our meal and not asked if we wanted dessert at all. They had a large group to take care of so hopefully it's better other times. The cleaning leaves alot to be desired.

Ordered a vegan burger fries from these guys tonight. Not going to lie, it was the best burger that I have ever had, vegan or meat. The fries were crunchy so good. I highly recommend this place, the people are so nice!
