I wouldn't even have a star fish n chip shop on the coast, if not New Zealand . eating has no passion and is burned or soggy. the burgers have no love in them (the steak is paper thin) the dame in there is really rude and when they ring, they will then answer hanging up saying cant understand English. but she really knows how to look English and understand, the kerl can count her money (short changes her) if they want to find the old owner who knew how to make the best fish N chips and burger with love, they can now find him at silverdale fish chip

2nd time we've tried this place, shouldn't have given them a 2nd chance. they lost the order and had to wait 45min. the fish is passable but the chips are the worst I've ever had, soggy and oily. wouldn't waste money here. never again

Last 3 times I have been to this takeaways I have been over charged on chips. Hot dog has a teaspoon of sauce in the bag, and food is reallyaverage.

Chips not the best used to be owned by better people

The quality of the food is good and the fish is FRESH everytime we order it! We order in advance and it always ready close to the time.
