Was Tina Tsambas at Sea And Salt a mag?
Stopped here for lunch before heading home on the recommendation of a local. Very small shop, ate in as the weather was rather dull and raining. There is a sign they keep at the counter, so you have an idea of your wait time before you order, which I thought was great. What Henri PETIT dislikes about Sea And Salt:
Food was average at best ,dry chicken burger just bagged chicken. Chips so bad , they said 55 minute wait max waited 1 hour 40 for dry food . Young man who served us was really nice though. What an amazing place! My brother, who has been abroad for four years, had a craving for New Zealand fish and chips, so we decided to visit Sea and Salt. The recommendations from the lady at the counter were spot on! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. This is definitely the best fish and chips I've ever had!

The best fish and chips I’ve ever had! There was no greasy aftermath, the chips were great, and the selection of vegetarian options was the most extensive I’ve ever encountered! I spent 20 minutes just trying to decide what to order because I’ve never had so many choices as a vegetarian before!

The food was delicious. The chips were excellent, and the burger was huge! It was a substantial beef burger—no skimping here. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was definitely worth it.

We've had a lot of fish and chips all over NZ and this has been the best!! Not only was the regular gurnard and chips amazing, but they also have great options for anyone who is celiac. Super appreciate the care they took to prepare a safe meal for my partner. And it wasn't dry like most gluten free batter ; Thanks for a great meal!

Brought in my own fresh snapper fillets. Sea n Salt battered n cooked to perfection.and added serve of yum chips ... Called me when ready so I could collect. Love the personal local service .
