We are on holiday and staying at Hotel. We were staying in as the weather was bad so ordered from here. The food turned up early, delivered by a lovely man and very hot. I’ve got to say it’s the nicest Chinese we’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much for our dinner tonight, it was the best of the holiday! Highly recommend. View all feedback.
What Jason P doesn't like about The Golden Flame:
Food portions where very small. Crispy seaweed in the smallest pot for £5. The chicken balls where small and chopped in half to make you feel like you have got double. The satay sauce was runey and didn't taste of anything. The shreaded chicken was nice. £35 for a meal that barely fed us. We will go back to our normal takeaway. View all feedback.
Customer service was fab. But the food was dry, lukewarm at best… I would of expected it to be hot as we live less than 5 minutes from the shop!
Placed a large order for delivery to holiday park. All delivered, on time, great flavour, still hot, good value. Everyone full and happy. Would def use again. Thanks
Second time visit here ,food was great ,Wait a while ,because they were really busy on Saturday night ,but it was worth it ,recommended
Staying at Seaview and this was one of the closest chinese take aways and had some decent reviews so thought we would give it a try. It pretty expensive and id say maybe 25% more than what we normally pay but figured it should be worth it based on feedback. Sadly it was disappointing as everything was bland and wouldn't visit again or recommend. This is also a cash only shop.
Told this takeaway changed new management ,give it a try ,it was great,will come back again
