I ordered a meal to be delivered to our caravan at Weymouth Bay. It arrived promptly and I picked it up from reception. The food was good value and the portions were large. The pork chow mein and Peking ribs were both delicious. The seaweed could have been crispier, but that's just my personal preference. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone else staying on the site who wants to order takeaway. View all feedback.

The delivery was prompt, and the wait time was minimal. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal, which made for a great Saturday night.

However, upon attempting to place our order, we discovered that the restaurant only accepts cash or checks. In this day and age, who carries cash or checks with them? Like many others, I only have my phone and prefer to pay with a card or phone payment. Unfortunately, they missed out on a large sale with our group of 15 who were about to order with cards. We ended up going elsewhere that accepted card and phone payments, and we do not plan to return. It is likely that many others have had a similar experience. If they want to succeed, the restaurant really needs to modernize their payment methods.
I ordered take-out for my grandchildren and myself at 6:22pm and was informed that the wait could be up to one hour, which I found acceptable. However, after an hour and a half, our order still had not arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the restaurant failed, but I eventually managed to get through after another fifteen minutes, only to be told that they were busy and our food would take another hour. I expressed my dissatisfaction and insisted on receiving our food within 15 minutes. After much discussion, our order finally arrived, but it was clear that it had been forgotten. There was no apology or discount provided. I will not be using this restaurant again and I advise others to think twice before ordering from here.
Been using this takeaway for a long time I'm biased I guess but never had a bad meal from them. Always polite and order is usually delivered within the time stated.
I tried ordering delivery from this restaurant twice, and both times it took nearly two hours for the food to arrive. I eventually gave up and cancelled my order. There are plenty of other restaurants that deliver much more quickly, so I would recommend not wasting your time with this one.
