Burger King - Weymouth

This restaurant is known for being consistently slow, especially at the drive-thru. It rarely takes less than 20-30 minutes to get your order, which can be frustrating. However, the food is decent, and it's often fresher and hotter than other places I've tried. Just keep in mind that it's definitely not “fast” food!

Space is a sweat. Zero staff. I still write this literally. it's 45 minutes ago. I'd go, but I'd be stuck between two cars, and there's no emergency exit track to go around.

On the 29th august I went on the drive thru and after a 20-minute wait, ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with cheese, which should be on a 2 for $7 promo, and a diet coke. after the payment I looked at my reception and found that I was charged over $12 only for the sandwiches without factoring the upsale for cheese, which cost an additional $1.58. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she asked, she wanted the refund, and of course I said yes. a minute later, the manager came into the window and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation and he informed me that he could not give me a refund because I had already paid for the meal. I asked what you think you can't give me the refund and explained that "s how refunds work. they pay money for something and when they realize that they were overloaded, the company refunds them for their fault. but instead of giving me a refund, he refused to do something to compensate me, and in the meantime never even gave me my drink so that I in the round to pay over $18 worth of $9 food. not only this is a terrible business model, but illegally massachusetts in the federal state. I don't want to say I won't return to bk soon.

The food is good and served quickly, but the prices are a bit high. For what they charge for a fast meal, customers could easily find a nicer place to eat.

I don't typically eat fast food, but I decided to give the jalapeño cheddar bites a try, and I was pleasantly surprised—they tasted quite good!
