I really like their tea and boba flavor profile and texture alot hence the 5 stars. Just something i noticed ... The hours are hard to tell when open. Google Says they are closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but their website says only closed on Tuesday. So I called thier phone on a Monday (today) no answer. On the answering machine message there were no hours of operation so I assumed they were closed and didn't bothe... View all feedback.

What makes this place unique is their amazing homemade boba. The texture and taste is spot on and so much better than regular boba. I stopped going to the bubble tea chains and started coming here to support local. Been here a handful of times since opening, and owner's been friendly. Three stars because when they're good, they're really good. But unfortunately, the consistency and customer service isn't there. I won't be coming back after my latest experience. It was a Saturday, but they told me they were out of their homemade boba. Opted for the regular boba instead for hubby's drink, while I got a fruit tea. He took one sip and said the boba was inedible, hard, and not fresh, and the drink tasted wrong, like they were out of tea and substituted sugar water instead. I started to question the ingredients in mine. When I brought it back and explained, owner had her employee remake the drink. Not to apologize and replace the drink that was made wrong, but to taste for herself. She handed me a refund, and I left disappointed.
