What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I ordered three of the same meal for my children. When I pulled up to the window. After paying I noticed that there was not enough drinks. I proceeded to ask if they got my order correct after having to yell to get their attention. Turns out they got my order wrong. Ordered 5 iced teas for 4 iced teas 1 Pepsi. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There were 5 or 6 employees working, yet it took over 10 minutes to prepare 4 blizzards. To make matters worse, one of the blizzards was supposed to be a Royal Reese Brownie, but it had no hint of peanut butter—something that every other place includes. The service was awful, and I'm baffled that none of the staff seemed to know how to make a blizzard from their own menu.
The burgers were cold and lacked flavor. We visited around noon and had to wait for our order, so I suspect it had been sitting for a while since the fries were only warm. The service was decent, and the ice cream was enjoyable, but for $34.00 for two people, I expected a much better experience.
My food is always hot and delicious. the employees are kind to their customers. my main problem , is with all the snow and ice its very hard to make it thru the drive thru or up to the front door. needs more attention to these areas
