Why does the ice cost so much? You are a icrcream place where you need to get mass discount that you can hand over to the customer. I doubled an ice cream costs like 3 dollars for you for a simple soft cone

It's the only thing that's open today for pandemic. The service was great and friendly and our order was right. Thank you Dairy Queen for staying open during this pandemic (drives Although), there is something to be delighted.

My food is always hot and delicious. the staff are friendly to their customers. The main problem is that the snow and ice are very hard to drive it, or to the front door. needs more attention to these areas

I ordered three of the same meal for my children. When I pulled up to the window. After paying I noticed that there was not enough drinks. I proceeded to ask if they got my order correct after having to yell to get their attention. Turns out they got my order wrong. Ordered 5 iced teas for 4 iced teas 1 Pepsi. Asked for no ice yet got ice in the drinks. Only positive side the younger girl did seem genuinely sorry when she apologized.

Went through drive thru, staff was laughing into mic , not listening to the order being placed. Kept interrupting. Asked for extra sauce, got a burger so saturated it was inedible..
