The pleasant chap serving us was dressed like a tramp, the Yorkshire pudding was cold and the food was served at least 3 minutes before the cutlery. I chose the trio of roasts, but found. th beef to be full of gristle and the pork was almost entirely inedible uncooked fat. I don't know what the chef was thinking.

It was packed and yet still we got attentive service with a smile from Ollie and the team. Some items not available but that seems par for the course with a number of restaurants due to circumstances beyond their control. However this was more than made up by complimentary sweets by the manager. Service was excellent attentive but not over intrusive. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Prices and portion size was very good. No complaints whatsoever.
