We called in today for coffee and scones........amazing is simply not good enough. The scones and coffee were perfect but the icing on the cake was the hospitality and warm welcome. This is the world famous Irish welcome that so many people visit Ireland for but has sadly disappeared lately. This cafe should be held up as a role model for how to get it perfect. We managed to get 2 visits to Cosy Cottage Cafe during our few days in Gorey..lunch on Wednesday and afternoon tea on Friday...it is a lovely cafe..great menu and food and staff are very friendly. Will be back next time we visit Gorey

Coffee, BLT and almond and cherry bakewell. The sandwich was fresh and tasty.. great gluten free options too. ..Bakewell was so good we took some more home. ..staff are friendly and efficient. ..just a lovely place.
Had breakfast here this morning. It's was delicious. Their staff are so attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back
