Great place to eat very under rated lovely staff and always friendly
Popped into Ray's earlier this evening for a sweet treat and the staff member who served our ice-cream was extremely competent and served a delightful combo of toffee and chocolate topped off with oreo flakes. Well worth a visit.
I have visited this restaurant a few times after long days at the beach. Despite it being late, the food was still perfect. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The chips were warm, crunchy, not greasy, and the portions were very generous. The staff was friendly and professional.
Fantastic Family Meal and Incredible Value! After a long day exploring Wexford — including a great visit to the Irish National Heritage Park — we decided to try Ray's Diner, and it turned out to be exactly what the doctor ordered. We were a group of four kids and three adults, and everyone left happy and full. The kids rated their meals between 8 and 10 out of 10, which says it all! The portion sizes were huge and very generous — perfect after a day of walking around. What really stood out was the exceptional value: seven meals plus ice creams for the kids, all for under €80. In today’s high-inflation Ireland, that’s almost unheard of. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, attentive, and even ran after us to return a toy one of the kids had left behind. Highly recommended for families visiting Wexford — great food, great prices, and even better people.
Thank you to nicola and team for excellent food and delivery service tonight, I can highly recommend rays Ordered tonight from Ray's, the delivery person was absolutely lovely, chips as normal the dog loved her sausages, the doner kebab very disappointing
