Ladies lunch of 12 women. Waitress agreed to give separate checks!! I saw fish and chips, burgers, onion rings, ceaser salads with grilled chicken, pork chops and steak tips. Everyone was pleased with food and service. Been there a number of times and will go back. View all feedback.
What Gabrielle Marie doesn't like about Vel's Family Lounge:
Seafood scampi was watery, and had too many chopped clams on it. They do give you a lot of seafood (scallops, little necks, mussels and shrimp...though shrimp was overcooked) not really a lot of flavor in the food. Service was very good. View all feedback.
My Son and I definitely had an amazing dinner ?️ at Vel's restaurant and we will be back ? !!! Thanks for the wonderful time! PS try the seafood casserole ? yum ?!!!
Slightly overpriced but I love the chowder, great service.
My husband had the seafood scampi he said unbelievable. I had chicken scampi not on the menu but they made it! Best scampi I've ever had!
