Top 5 worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The staff is not professional, the food is disgusting and the establishment is not clean. Avoid this restaurant

Out of rice. Out of napkins and out of ice. Insane how this place is still open. If they have a manager, he or she has done a terrible job in keeping this place running. This Chipotle was refunding people in line due to being out of practically everything. Hopefully the owner realizes how bad this location is doing and decides to act on it.

I love that Chipotle now gives the option to tip the employees however I DON 'T LOVE that you have to tip before you receive your order and that NEEDS to change! I would love to tip if my order is correct and done right but sadly 98% of the time it is not. Therefore you shouldn 't force customers to tip before there order is made and received. Maybe it will give the employees some incentive to actually do there bare minimum jobs when it comes to getting the orders correct! NOTHING infuriates me more then spending close to $20 tipping 15-20% and I 'm missing half the toppings I asked for. You should be allowed to tip AFTER or adjust your tip afterwards at least.

My first time here, I ordered a Carne asada burrito With brown rice, Black beans, And cheese Because there was a sign that said it was nice juicy tender meat $12.60.The meat was gray dry and chewy, The rice wasn't cooked all the way so it was crunchy.When I checked out, It came to $15.79 ???Very disappointing
