They prebake the pi... read more Note: This review is for their frozen pizza they sell via Farmy.ch. Pricy (14 CHF), but this is hands down the best frozen pizza I ever had. They prebake the pizzas, and then freeze them (somehow). The pizza had a gorgeously crispy sourdough base, topped with quite yummy tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. Preheat the oven at 230, bake for 6 mins and the result was a pizza that is better than that of most takeaways. I hope this concept really takes off, so they can get sone economy of scale and push down the price a bit!! In any case, I will make sure I always have at least a few of these babies in my freezer.
