Papa John's Pizza - WETUMPKA

That staff was very friendly!But my pizza crust taste horrible! Yuck! Ate the pizza toppings off the crust! Yuck, I know it's a new place. But I didn't like it!Just wished the the pizza crust tasted better. I think your missing some ingredients in your pizza dough?

I asked for delivery and she wouldn’t deliver even though the app said i could and then I was trying to just make a order to get the pizza and pick it up myself and she wouldn’t let me because im “difficult”

Tiffany, the general manager of papa john’s, along with their assistant management staff are dedicated, professional and motivated to make papa john’s leading pizza company in the city. she was a joy to work on it. I do not doubt that they are committed to providing a great service experience.

Terrible experience! this is about a lack of personal, that is a bad management problem. around 18:45 clock I called the load to check the status, we were originally promised 40 minutes. Store manager apologise and said they were just little personal, it should be there soon. phoned the load at 7:30 a.m., the branch manager promised that the pizza was 5 minutes away. pizza came around 19:37 clock. bad delivery service, but we got the pizza and had moved on. shortly after 8 o'clock the load manager called me tiffany and said we would no longer be suitable for deliveries for a bad tipp to their driver. she said she's doing us a courtesy for delivery outside her service? I have never experienced this level of bad service from this place. alone someone who calls my personal phone for a typp amount. inacceptable!

The flavor, crust, and delivery time were excellent but the cost was a bit high.
