I complained and the manager who came had a real job! she took our wings, let us pay for appetizers and drinks and kicked us out. please don't go to these hooterns.

The food wasn't the best, but I don't think anyone goes here exclusively for the food. Appetizer service was slow, dinner service was much faster. Lots of TVs showing mostly sports.Tables and chairs were kinda worn, definitely time to be replaced. We went on trivia night, (just coincidence) but with the music playing, it sounded like someone yelling from the other side of the room, could barely hear what she was saying, we didn't participate. I didn't visit the restroom, so no opinion there.

He was waiting for the bar for 20 minutes. Dinner. Went home(2 minutes away) and everything was cold and old. Curly Pommes tasted as if they were finished yesterday, fried pommes were rough and the wings were terrible. Don't order pickup here. I tried to call, but nobody answered. Eating at the restaurant is definitely a better choice.

Hooters used to be a weekly occurrence in my household. We used to go every week for trivia and all you can eat boneless wings. I'm so upset at the poor quality of not only the food but management and the staff. I ate one boneless wing (its all my teeth could handle) after waiting over an hour for food. The waitress came over twice stating our food is coming up, and when it did, the chicken was dry, hard and cold. It breaks my heart to say I will never be back.Do better Hooters or you're looking to be the next Ruby Tuesday's.

Be cautious when ordering by phone at Hooters. You might request one thing, but when you arrive to pick it up, you receive something completely different. The s... read more Be cautious when ordering by phone at Hooters. You might request one thing, but when you arrive to pick it up, you receive something completely different. The staff on the phone often don’t listen carefully and then blame the customer, which is frustrating. Around 9 out of 10 times, a Hooters girl is either on her cell phone ignoring callers or hiding in the back. Customer service skills are seriously lacking. The phone rings nonstop, and even when staff are nearby, they often don’t answer. It’s disappointing to see how little they seem to care about customers trying to place orders.

We were a group like 15. Everyone is paying separately. Food took for over I could said more than 1 hour. For 2 curly fries 1 boneless wings. Wait like 30 minutes for the 2nd beer. And when i got home my check was charge for more than what I order and i had. 2 short beers was charge 2 large. They should train better for big groups how take notes. So clients dont get charge for what wasnt consume. Boneless wings omg it was like potatoes tots.

Finally, we ordered but our food was on the counter getting cold for like 10 minutes while the servers andmanager were just talking. This place is horrible now, no organization. I used to go here a lot before and the service wasexcellent. Next time around, I?m going to think twice if I should go or not.

Not like before when they never let your glass be empty or they served clams steamers but it is still great. Wish they would have a bigger menu but the food is amazing. More extensiveseafood part of menu would be nice too. Definitely have nice staff and had a good time just sitting and eating. Had the shrimpwhich was amazing and next time will have the crab but I'm happy I finally got to try the amazing wings . Definitely worth thewait. Made fresh to order.

Hooter size was average....industry standard Volleyball Size. Highest quality movement for MILES around,everytime. Don 't know how they keep it UP. Strange sulfuric odor around the center of the restaurant.......not to bad thoughworth the trip

We noticed that our server w... read more The Waitress was nice and friendly. The rest of the experience was horrible. First when we ordered it took 40 minutes to get to us. We noticed that our server was taking care of the entire restaurant on her own. I ordered 4 sliders 2 beef and 2 honeybarbecue I got 2 dry beef burger plain with cheese and 2 buffalo ones. The chicken was hard enough to chip teeth. My fiancéshrimp tacos were burnt. Then once we were done they decided to crank up the music way to loud setting off my PTSD. I had waitedabout 10 to 15 minutes just to get the check. I got so anxious and angry because of the music that I got up and found my serverand paid and left immediately. This Hooters should not be called a family restaurant or any dinning facility at all. It was morelike a bar full of obnoxious drunks while the management was just running around having fun and talking to her buddy but notactually helping anybody I don?t think I?ll ever come back to this restaurant or any Hooters again
