I simply cannot stomach eggs sometimes, I can't help it. The staff member who took our order in the drive Thru all though maybe she was too young and didn't care. Not only was there a huge egg on my sandwhich but like everyone the cheese is half on. There was a piece and a half of bacon. Everything I go to this location I'm always dissatisfied. The last time. Everytime I ask you guys to accommodate you say yes and see you at the window and then everything is messed up. Do you guys really think I'd want a bagel with just soggy cheese and lettuce like come onDietary restrictions: These guys need to be more understanding and more prepared to change things up. All I asked for was one ingredient switched with another and they couldn't even do that. I was so hungry and excited to try this sandwich.

With no apology she took it to her manager and the manager only refun... read more Unfortunately my Dad found ants crawling on his donut and showed the girl that helped him. With no apology she took it to her manager and the manager only refunded him for the donut and didn’t offer to take care of his milkshake. The donut case was crawling with ants in the corner closest to the cashier. No apology from the manager either. They did pull it out to clean as we were leaving.
