I was in the Sunset Boulevard area and had to kill some time. It was definitely getting chilly on a Thursday night. It was around 6:30pm. This location is right on yhe corner. I have seen so many Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf around LA. Finally tried it. I ordered a small caramel latte with almond milk, whip cream and cinnamon. It was pretty good. Customer service is non existent. Stood in line that was 5 deep with none of the 3 workers behind the counter acknowledging or helping anyone for a while. To add insult to injury, the staff wasn't giving out the bathroom code and was rude about it. Terrible service. View all feedback.

Definitely one of my go to coffee spots in West Hollywood! They are so friendly here and every drink I’ve tried has been so good.

The corporate robots at this place didn’t extend me the courtesy of allowing me to use their restroom. Way to be human! I will never frequent one of these businesses, and I will never buy coffee from them simply because of this interaction. Shame on you.
