The management at this Starbucks location has failed to address a racist customer who has been harassing one of their employees, a black male. The employee is being stalked and harassed, and fears for his safety. It is appalling that this behavior is being allowed to continue unchecked. View all feedback.
This individual lacks proficiency in English and struggles to communicate effectively.
The coffee was absolutely dreadful! I have never had such a poorly made beverage in my life.
It is appalling that the district management allows employees of color to be assaulted and called racial slurs on a daily basis, all while doing nothing to address the issue and ultimately forcing out employees of color.
Review for my visit on June 4th 2021 at 5:40 PM. The young lady in the evening shift was rude and wouldn 't turn on the microwave to warm up the croissant when closing time is 7:30 PM. When asked for a coffee stopper, she said we won 't carry plastic in westport while handing over cold coffee in a plastic cup . Phewwwwwwww
Associate was extremely arrogant and oven was closed two hours before closing time.
