The Panera in Westport is exceptionally clean, with friendly staff, and offers fast and reliable service. The food is both delicious and beautifully presented. I personally enjoy their autumn soup, broccoli cheddar soup, and veggie sandwich. My mother is a big fan of their corn chowder and chicken salad sandwich. The bread is always fresh and tasty. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Panera location. They had inexperienced children working there who did not know how to communicate with customers effectively. Additionally, it took them nearly 30 minutes to prepare my meal. I was very disappointed. View all feedback.
It is a nice place, it has healthy food.Comfortable prices.
That food is great but service is horrible specially that way the manager talk and treated customers is not ok. And beside that she goes outside every 20 minutes to smoke his cigarette. Not recommended
The female that made my order was rude to the customers and her teammates she had a attitude she was talking on her phone the will not come back during the day the people at night are awesome the red hair girl haves to go!!!
Great food, especially for the 'pick two '. With half of the sandwich with salad or soup combo, A good combination for fibers and protein. The portion is just right for me. The environment is alway clean. Staffs are friendly. Being a member, I often get discount on beverages or pastry. A good place for good food.
Short lines, a lot of seating, friendly staff and before you knew it we had our meal in hand and under 5 minutes. Clean bathrooms with paper towel next to the door for a clean exit.
