Cashier was wearing a mask, she was very polite and helpful right before she touched our food, she put fresh gloves which is a very good sign for us. Their breads are so good only complain could be they should make better bagels they are good but not good enough for a New Yorker : For bagels, we tired to go to next door but the guy there he was so gross we couldn't eat here, we came panera for a good very clean food. Who ever is keeping this employees happy they are doing good job good management i think.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, as I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but I have ordered from here several times and every time there have been mistakes. This last order was the worst yet - they forgot half of our order. When I called to inquire about the missing food, I was told that they couldn't deliver it because they use a third party delivery service. When I asked for a refund for the missing food, I was told by the person on the phone that they weren't sure they could do anything for me. So now I'm out $30 and have no food. I would have been okay if they had just refunded me for the missing items.

They hire young staff who seem to lack basic communication skills with customers. Additionally, it took nearly 30 minutes to prepare a single meal. I would recommend avoiding this place.
