Shake Shack Westport - Westport Village

Had a good experience today. Takeia was very friendly and helpful.

I am 70 and went here with a 79yr old friend, not what I envisioned. Burger frys were good but be aware this is not a place for seniors, counter ordering hard benches no plates! Setup for families with kids.

Friendly staff, great customer service and delicious food. A great burger and fries kind of place.

Burgers are always consistent here! Smokeshacks are my go-to. Service is extremely friendly. Only negative (arguably outside of Shake Shack's control) is families somehow think the eating area doubles as a playroom for children.

Watch out. I use the app to avoid waiting. The only drawback is that the app defaults to giving a tip unless I remember to look for it.
