Today I visited the Wendy's near my house w my mom and I have to say I was really pleased with the Service and the Food Quality! Our attendant at the Chanya at the register was very friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Wewill be visiting again soon for another Baconator! Thanks, David G.
Below average as far as Wendy's and fast food restaurants in general go. I've been here several times and the staff always does the bare minimum. Additionally, this location still doesn't have iced tea available. It's been years now and still nothing.
I've visited this Wendy's several times, but they never seem to get my order right. During my first visit, they served my chicken sandwiches without tomatoes and barely any mayo. I only noticed this when I got home, and it made the sandwiches almost inedible because they were so dry. Every time I go, they consistently make the spicy chicken sandwiches without tomatoes, even after I remind them at the ordering window. I often have to hold up the line just to check if they’ve added the tomatoes, but they still forget. They really need better training. Today, we decided to try the Baconators instead, but guess what? They forgot the BACON! The only reason I keep returning is that I live nearby, and the next Wendy's is a 20-minute drive away. I hope someone at Wendy's reads this and considers improving their training on how to properly prepare their food.
I don’t often visit fast food restaurants, but I had tried the Pretzel Pub burger the last time it was on the menu and really enjoyed it. So today, I decided to go back. I checked the bag and confirmed that all the items were included, but when I got home, I discovered that my burger was missing some toppings and didn’t even come on the Pretzel bun. I was very disappointed and found it wasn’t possible to return it. This is exactly why I tend to avoid fast food, especially drive-thrus. Please improve your service, particularly for a burger that costs $6.99!
If I could give this Wendy's a zero rating, I would. Isabelle was not friendly at all. When I asked her how she was doing, she just walked away to start cleaning. She rushed me through my order and walked away again before completing the transaction. Overall, she had a bad attitude. I won't be coming back.
