This place is great if you're a patriotic American. Otherwise, you won't have a good time. The management and bartender have no patience for anti-American statements or activities. Good people and a fun atmosphere. The bar has historic significance as well being the oldest bar in Missouri. Great place to hang out and have a few drinks!

It is with a heavy heart that the wife and I experienced this fun loving bar for the last time. The bar will be under new ownership moving forward. This place will never be the same. TJ you have touched our hearts more than you can imagine. From the laughs we shared and the tears we shared, you will always have a special place in our lives. This has to be one of the weirdest bars i have ever been to. The staff is hostile!! You have to ask permission to leave. This place should be shut down. They are pro gun and pro pissed off cussing at everyone. Not a good combination. The bartender is just plain mean for no reason. Spend your money elsewhere.
