The supervisor, an older woman wearing a pink shirt, was rude not only to me but also to an elderly employee. It's disheartening to witness such unkind behavior.

They are very... read more I want to recognize Tatiana Andres from catering for always providing me with exceptional customer service with my catering orders and deliveries. They are very organized, prompt, and attentive. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. Thank you and look forward in many more events in the future.

I worked her... read more I'm giving this restaurant four stars instead of five due to some recent experiences where my family and I received incorrect orders and cold food. I worked here for three months in 2021, and I recall there being more attentive and helpful staff. Fast forward to 2022, and unlike my time there, I now notice that whenever I'm at the register, it prompts for tips. I don't mind tipping, but there are many hardworking employees who deserve tips too! The person at the register is just the messenger. I used to enjoy visiting this place occasionally for some peaceful solitude, but I'm a bit disappointed with the staff's performance lately. I hope things improve for you all in the future. The flatbread pizzas and other desserts are fantastic—thank you!

The staff was slow and the li... read more Panera use to be much better. I'm disappointed in the kiosk menu system. It took to long to find a simple egg sandwich on a bagel. The staff was slow and the line backed up. Then our automated order took 30 minutes where we had to ask for it and itlooked as if it was missed on their order screen. I got my egg sandwich on a roll which was basically roll, egg, and a pieceof cheese on a plate with a tossed on napkin. Shabby. A McDonalds egg sandwich looked better.
