Excellent quality, extra friendly service, clean premises, happy environment, super business managers and super nice staff. I'd order my Pommes warp, but these potatoes taste like the real thing. Onion rings fried for perfection. Veggie Burger is the best!! Joe's legacy is best.

Eat here often. My family and I love their food. Look at the CEO and Texas Hot Dogs. They are very tasty and the service is usually great. Last time, Daniela did a good job and encouraged me to let others know of our great experience. Thank you Burgerfi for delicious food.

The young lady who helped me, Ale, was beyond nice and helpful. I forgot which burgers I usually order and she spent time trying to find out. I was at the order station about 10 minutes and thought (no was behind me). It was very patient. Ale also gave me some delicious suggestions. The food was great and I definitely come back. Thank you. Ale!

My family experience at this point was excellent. Starting with the ordering process. The food was brought out in time. The hamburgers, fries and onion rings were hot, fresh and tasty. The CEO of Hamburger is so savory. The onion rings are the best I cost. The ice cream was delicious and of good quality. We appreciate the excellent service of one of our employees, Ana Karina. She greeted us with a great, friendly and warm smile. She was incredibly personal, careful and extremely helpful. Besides the fantastic food, Ana Karina's personality is praying again.

The staff is comprised of incompetent high schoolers who continuously disregard direct instructions on how to construct simple burgers. To those with allergies: I suggest choosing a different burger spot or driving the next town over to the next BurgerFi. I have severe food allergies to milk, and within the last 6 months I have received burgers with cheese a total of 5 times after triple checking there was no cheese option clicked. Therefore, I made it a habit to check the bag of food before leaving the premise to ensure I did not spend $20 just to be poisoned. I have went back countless times and made them re-do it. To which the teenagers working back of house snottily replied: ?but it?s not real cheese, you know that, right?? Thank you Chad, but cheese made in a factory still has milk! I disregarded these experiences; however, tonight was the moment I accepted I cannot support this location of BurgerFi anymore. On my burger this time was, what a surprise, cheese. But not a whole slice? the workers preparing it clearly realized they made a mistake as they very obviously scraped it off the patty, leaving cheese residue all over the burger. I did my typical routine of checking to make sure they did not put cheese, saw no visible cheese when the box was open, but clearly now I need to tear apart the entire burger to check as they are now hiding the cheese, or ?lack of it?. To people who have food allergies, this renders the meal inedible as even a little bit of the allergen will cause a reaction.
