We've visited Donato about five times now. While we appreciate the decor, our experiences have been somewhat disappointing. The food is decent, but the cocktails haven't impressed us. The service is acceptable, but not exceptional. Although the host and servers are attentive, they don't exude a very cheerful or welcoming atmosphere. We feel that the overall cost outweighs the value of the experience. Ultimately, we want to love Donato, but it leaves us feeling a bit underwhelmed.
Everything was amazing! We're so glad we picked Donato for our New Year’s Eve dinner. The restaurant is stunning, the service was perfect, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend it!
My favorite Italian restaurant in Montreal! It offers a simple but delightful menu, great value for your money, an excellent atmosphere, a convenient location, and truly delicious food.
Excellent everything. I’m a bit foodie and found the food to be delicious. The pasta with vodka sauce was some of the best I’ve had. The ribe eye with salt and olive oil was delish. Definitely recommend.
Food was fresh and so delicious. Really worth the money spent here. Authentic Italian food. Will definitely go back here. Enjoy. first time at this restaurant
