Starbucks - Westmoreland

A lot of the service plazas along the New York Thruway are outdated and are slated for temporary renovation-related closure. This one here in Westmoreland is one of them, and I stopped by a month ago just before the closure. Already, other concessions here inside the food court were already warning of limited menu options, but at least the Starbucks here was fully operational. Like typical rest area concessions, expect prices that are noticeably higher than normal suburban Starbucks. Despite a steady onslaught of folks coming up to the register, the staffers behind the counter worked methodically to fulfill orders. My drink came out quickly, while my breakfast sandwich took a while, for which the staffers were apologetic, but I didn't mind because it really wasn't that much of a delay, plus my items came in between folks who were ahead of and behind me in line, so the timing was perfectly fair. So kudos to the staff here for keeping things running smoothly. I hope they're able to find other positions while the plaza is closed.

Broken machine and took my order without letting us know it would take over 20min to make it.

The worst starbucks staff with a foul attitude.I did not know Starbucks now hires nasty, sour staff to handle the orders. The others were indifferent.I strongly suggest Starbucks does business in viable cities with pleasant, polite staff.This is simply a wromg operation with crude cashiers.

Bad service , cold food big company like starbucks they can’t even fix they’re machines i wish i can give -0 , is not worth it to stop here .

I always seem to have to ask for more syrup when ever I order it from here.. must be the 1st pump is mostly air coming out of the pump.
