As of October 2019 the service here has improved dramatically since the past yr. Good working crew now, faster service, better food
LATEST UPDATE: 9/11:CALLED to get pizza delivery. Tried for several minutes, phone busy. Finally got through about 8:10 pm.Asked if pizza can still be delivered. Answer was no as pizza delivery was on his last run of delivery (if I understood the employee as he stated).Perhaps you need to place in your advertisement somewhere the actual time frame to get pizza delivery. Had I been able to get through on the phone line for 7 minutes...which would have made it just shortly after 8 pm... it may have made a difference.So...just what IS the cut off time for pizza delivery? There needs to be a STANDARD SET TIME.
Walked in at 430, got our food at 5 minutes til 6:00. Ordered a large 2 topping pizza, and order of cheese sticks, 5 boneless wings, and a medium dessert pizza. There was only one other person waiting. It was a Wednesday night so they were not busy. 30 minutes into the wait, I asked how long on the appetizers, they hadn't even started them. When I asked the teenager in a tank top with bra straps showing who was peeping food while smacking him and no hair net, just to get my money back, she don't know how to do a refund. Neither did the other girl working with her once she got off her personal cell phone. When we finally got our pizza it was soggy and was told it would be 45 minutes before they could even prep another one, an hour before it would be ready. We ate the dessert pizza and the appetizers, took the pizza home to the dog. Will not go back.
This place is amazing! The pizza is delicious, the staff is friendly, and they really go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was impressed with the menu options. They offer delivery within a 5-mile radius, and I live just 2 miles away so the delivery charge was only $3. I ordered a thin crust meat lovers pizza, which was very flavorful but had a chewy texture rather than a crunchy one. The regular pizza I ordered was the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it was delicious. The toppings were evenly distributed and the flavor was great. The order was delivered quickly, arriving within 30 minutes of placing the order. Overall, I had a positive experience and would order from this restaurant again.
