30 years ago I was on a bowling league right down the street and we would go here every week afterwards, then called “George's” for the Pocket sandwich. I seen on WGN news that they were still selling the Pocket sandwich so we just had to go. I've been craving these sandwiches for years. Finally reunited!.
What christopher geyer doesn't like about Walsh's And Grill:
The waitress was in my opinion slightly rude and disrespectful when I had questions about the menu she acted as if I’ve been here before even though I told her this is my first time when I got my sandwich I figured it was a cold sandwich but it was not it was toasted (Bush league) The menu should describe whether or not they are toasted or cold I would not recommend this place View all feedback.

Had a valid non expired vertical ID (I was 21). They refused to take it. Knew many people who went there with fakes in highschool so I thought I wouldn’t be a problem at all that I hadn’t changed my ID 2 weeks after I turned 21 but apparently it’s like the end of the world. Don’t go.
Customer since 1994 and you turned my 21 year old son away because his DL was portrait. Read the date not the orientation. Guess you only take landscape fakes over legitimate ID’s from neighboring newbies. Too bad. I won’t be back. Nor will my three sons.
Kinda lame, wouldn't take my friend's valid but verticle id (covid yo! . Cool vibes though, 2 stars
Local tavern, try their pocket sandwiches, a house specialty. 6 video gaming machines ready to try your luck on.
