Uncle Bub's provides my family with a smoked prime rib every holiday season! This year, we chose to celebrate Thanksgiving with the smoky goodness. OMFG! The best barbecue and sides I've ever had at a BBQ joint! I noticed four or five catering trucks in the parking lot before we went in to eat. Also, the parking lot was overflowing. The place was packed in the middle of the afternoon. Once we started eating the food, it was easy to see why there were so many people there. Ive been to this restaurant twice. First time i ordered the 2 meat dinner which was $17.99 i got the rib tip extra $2 and baby back rip, mac and cheese green beans cornbread. The tips were tender easy to eat the baby back not so tender. Green beans i loved. Mac and cheese was ok. BUT their BBQ sauce. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the flavor. Two people or bill was like almost $50. The service was excellent! Very friendly. The manager was very nice and came to our table to ask if we needed anything. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the ribs platter, each with two sides. The bbq'd meat was delicious! The side of cornbread was fair. It was mildly sweet with bits of corn kernels in it. I wish it was hot, though. I was not impressed with the mac n' cheese. We used Uncle Bub's as our wedding caterer, and it was a big hit! We loved our meal and received so many compliments from our guest. Marie was so organized and helpful during the entire planning process! The staff at our wedding were so polite, professional, and always smiling! (which is hard to find these days) They even went above and beyond to transport our centerpieces (and set them up) and Firecakes donuts to the wedding venue. A
