The Hookah Buzz - Westmont

I have been here many times in the past and I just want to say that the owner of the shop is a nice guy but the brunette white girl who was our server was extremely disrespectful and also didn't pack the hookah correctly despite taking 30 minutes to prepare it when my friend and I were the only customers in the store. I really wish I had something positive to say about this place but unfortunately, it gets 0 stars from me. The white girl who was our “server” (quotations because she didn't serve us anything but her nasty attitude and an extremely below-average hookah which took her an hour to prepare and was packed so tight you had to literally give it CPR to get a hit) had a beyond nasty attitude and seemed much more concerned about flirting with the owner and his friends than doing the job that we were payin … – show

Such a great environment. Staff is super helpful with recommendations. Owner is super patient love it here

One of the worst experience ever!!!! Even one star on the rate is too much for them
