This restaurant is a vegetarian eatery that offers a blend of South Indian and Nordic cuisine. They also have a bar on the premises. If the restaurant is busy, be prepared to wait a bit longer for your order. I highly recommend trying the paneer tikka masala, as it is incredibly delicious and mouth-watering. The mango juice tastes just like Rasna. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shree:
This restaurant offers mediocre food in terms of flavor. The menu items may have different names, but the dishes served are essentially the same. I ordered the Amritsari channa and aloo tikki chaat, only to find that they tasted identical. The menu also offered a third option, chana masala, which I assumed would be different but turned out to be the same chaat dish. The only unique selling point of this restaurant is... Portion size for my meal was way too small. I was refused a free refill of iced tea. My significant other, who is vegan, was misinformed about menu items, and, consequently, consumed dairy products. It was hot and stuffy in restaurant. I will certainly never return to Shree. There are other Indian restautants that are so much better.
Their menu is simple yet delicious. Mostly every dish I’ve ordered here is better than the other restaurants in the area. Be warned though that their mango lassi and other items can contain a lot of sugar. I definitely could not finish them. The samosas were crispy yet soft. The sambar vadas were not too hard and were also crispy. I’m not sure how they got the consistency correct — but it’s delicious.I came here with a friend for dinner last week. Highly recommend this place for vegetarians, vegans, and families. The service could be a little better. The staff was friendly but busy so it took a little while to track someone down. They also forgot my buddy’s main order…so we ate at separate times, which is unfortunate. We had to wait around 20 extra minutes for his order to come.Still, I suggest going here. They also cater for weddings. The friend I was with got the food catered from here.
Shree serves amazing Indian vegetarian food. I have been there a couple of times now with family and had some delicious curries. Their service is also good.Below are the things we have tried till nowStartersSamosas Really crisp and not oily at all. They serve it with Tamarind and Green Chilli chutneys which are also really tasty.lPaneer Tikka Really good, well marinated and grilled. Served with delicious chutneys.Masala Dosa It was ok and I would rather try something else. On a sidenote, they serve chocolate dosa which my niece and nephew liked :)CurriesSarso da saag It was delicious. Served with Makki ki Roti (Maize flour flatbread). Probably the best I have had till now in the US.Panner Tikka Delicious, must have.Malai Kofta Delicious, must have.Tadka Daal Delicious. Lightly tempered with Ghee and spices just like it should be.NaanThey serve various kinds of Naan's. We had butter and garlic naan. They were good and not too thick like they serve at most Indian restaurants. We haven't tried their Biryani yet. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu.
Loved their food. The platters have good selection and good portions. It appeared that their Chole Bhutara is popular. Taking away 1 star due to poor service. Only one server for all the tables. Poor guy was struggling to keep up.
Worse experience I ever had.I went there and order two dishes for carry out cashier said it will be ready in 15-20 min. Waited there for more then 30 min and the manager or owner came with two bags in his hand and he handed one bag other guy who was waiting with me, but did not hand over my order while he was holding in his hand and kept aside and went in. I dont know he has a attitude problem or something else.Waited more 15 min then waiter came and gave me the bag that was there for a while. I was waiting there so long, just for two things.Came home open food containers, noodles has too much oil and vegetable are uncooked and samosa are worst. They made my dinner worse. Never going back there.
