I love potbelly but how did I receive a cold sandwich? Why is it luke warm on the outside and the inside is cold. If the sandwich is throw into a conveyer belt opened to get warmed up how is the cheese still slices and not melted. I hateeeee ordering delivery but my car broke down and I had no choice. I love Potbelly’s in general, but this location continuously gets it wrong. I ordered through the app, picked up at the drive through, got home and found my veggie melt is full of salami bacon. I’m a vegetarian so it’ll be tossed. This has happened on a few occasions at this location.
Ordered through door dash which ain't cheap. My mac n cheese looked and tasted like it was yesterday's scraped from the bottom of the barrel. My sandwich was fine.
