Wasn't too long here so glad we left. I remember that the food and service is excellent and still is. We have tried many things so that the bill was on the higher side, but it is our choice. The shrimp and crustaceans fondeaux is an old favorite of me, like the stuffed shrimps. They were super busy at 7 pm, but service was fast and very good. Very recommended. View all feedback.
What Kat C doesn't like about Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen:
I heard great things about this place, but the food was alright. Felt a bit overpriced for everything but you do get large portion sizes. I ordered the rainbow trout and it was too salty for my taste. My friend ordered the gumbo and it seemed to be a little watered down a little. I didn't order any of the drinks. However the place was packed so maybe it was just my dish. Service was great! View all feedback.
I absolutely love this restaurant! It's a must-visit for seafood lovers. While they do accept walk-ins, I recommend making a reservation to avoid any wait time.
The food, the atmosphere, and the service were excellent. I highly recommend this place!
The restaurant is extremely loud and chaotic, making it necessary to raise your voice just to communicate with the people beside you. Getting our water refilled was nearly impossible, and it took quite a while just to place our order. As for the food, it was good—nothing extraordinary, but well-prepared. I particularly appreciated the fried items; the batter was perfectly done and not overly thick, which I really enjoyed.
What a place!!! Knowing heir food quality from ATL, I decided to visit this one. I must say it doesn't disappoint at all. Worth the money and wait.
Fun atmosphere with terrific food! Get some oysters to start. The filet was cooked perfectly and was very tender. The turtle brownie for dessert is delicious and big enough to share.
