Chipotle Mexican Grill - Westmont

WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in my entire life!!!! I came in around 2pm and asked for a Chicken Butrito Bowl to go. There was no chicken out, so the lady went to the back where I could not see her and she put chicken in my bowl. I could see they were making Fresh Chicken on the grill. But she gave me old Chicken that was not out for serving. I told her I did not want that chicken because it was not fresh. I am 9 months pregnant and am very cautious what I eat. She looked at me and tossed the plate in the garbage and took the next customer. Denying me service and food. I was not rude. And did not need to be treated this way. So I asked for a manager and she said No Manager and then said she doesn't speak English. I took the managers card. Called the number and the number was disconnected!!! I ended up calling 1-800-CHIPOLTE and filed a complaint against this place. Never in my life have I been treated this way. All because I didn't want old chicken that was pulled from the back out of sight. And this place is filthy. DON'T GO TO THE WESTMONT LOCATION!!!!!

Everything was good, everyone was friendly. The food was a little cold but it's was still amazing.

Always a commentating making the best customer service that they can always fresh chips at this location the carne asada is good with lime!!

I was there when the chipotle was first put in, and since then the downfall has been dramatic! Quality sucks, service sucks, and atmosphere hundred percent sucks.

Walked in, greeted immediately. Asked a question, only to have the employee roll his eyes at me. The dining room was filthy. Tables were mostly covered in food, the floors are dirty. The young men were standing at the cashier swinging their arms why not clean the dining area? Young woman with purple hair had garbage cans right up to all the food. Please teach your employees common sense
