Wait staff works so hard! Not much personality in the staff. Food ok. Price is more than smaller bohemian restaurants.

One of the few Czech restaurants in the Chicago suburbs. Bohemian Crystal is a family favorite. Many times we order food to take home, too. I love that you can buy loaves of dumplings. When we just don't have time to make them (or the quantity needed) for family gatherings it's great to call in an order. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They're patient, too. This place never lets me down! The friendly staff are always amazing and make sure you have what you need prior to asking for it. Their portion size is enough for a full meal of leftovers. I had the breaded pork tenderloin, with bread dumplings and they're amazing homemade gravy. Wow! A kolache dessert was included. Usually, you have to go early in the day to get the poppy seed.
