Staff is amazing and food was delicious. Only thing I wish was different is that they had their regular menu on Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu which was good but only choices under and you could only order from the special menu. Food was still delicious as always!

My wife and I have lived in Westminster for four years and have never tried Rafael’s and were wonderfully surprised.The restaurant was clean and well decorated. The tables provided plenty of room for the three of us and the tables were decorated nicely with tablecloths.For such a busy night the waitress was very attentive provided exceptional service.The food was delicious and for me one of the best deals in town. I recommend the prime rib!We will be back soon

The only thing we wished was different was that they served their regular menu on Valentine's Day. Instead, they had a special menu with only two choices under $30, and you could only order from that menu. However, the food was still delicious as always!

Despite living in Westminster for four years, we had never tried Rafael's before and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated, with spacious tables that were elegantly set with tablecloths. Despite being a busy night, our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and I believe it was one of the best dining deals in town. I highly recommend the prime rib! We will definitely be returning soon.
