Despite living in Westminster for four ye... read more My wife and I spent Valentines dinner at this charming restaurant in downtown Westminster and we had a fantastic time. Despite living in Westminster for four years, we had never tried Rafael's before and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated, with spacious tables that were elegantly set with tablecloths. Despite being a busy night, our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and I believe it was one of the best dining deals in town. I highly recommend the prime rib! We will definitely be returning soon.

The only thing we wished was different was that they serve... read more We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was fantastic and the food was delicious. The only thing we wished was different was that they served their regular menu on Valentine's Day. Instead, they had a special menu with only two choices under $30, and you could only order from that menu. However, the food was still delicious as always!

The server... read more We arrived and Rafael’s did not have our reservation, even though I received text and email confirmations from Open Table. They were able to seat us. The server was very nice. However, food delivery was slow. Our salads were not served until after our main meal and not until our server was reminded that we had not received our salads. Other than that the food was good.
