Rafael's - Westminster

Our experience was great! Staff is amazing and food was delicious. Only thing I wish was different is that they had their regular menu on Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu which was good but only choices under and you could only order from the special menu. Food was still delicious as always!

Spent Valentines dinner at this downtown Westminster delight and had a wonderful time. My wife and I have lived in Westminster for four years and have never tried Rafael’s and were wonderfully surprised.The restaurant was clean and well decorated. The tables provided plenty of room for the three of us and the tables were decorated nicely with tablecloths.For such a busy night the waitress was very attentive provided exceptional service.The food was delicious and for me one of the best deals in town. I recommend the prime rib!We will be back soon

We had reservations to meet our friends for dinner. We were seated in the bar. We questioned why we were not seated in the dining room and were told there was a private party in the dining room. The bar was extremely noisy and we would not be able to talk above the noise. So we left. Would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. Think Rafels should have called us to tell us the dining room was booked
