Spires - Westminster

Outstanding service, great prices, and delicious food! We visited on a weekday morning, and even though it wasn’t overly busy, there were enough customers to keep things lively. The restaurant was spotless. Despite the dull appearance of the corned beef hash, it was arguably the best we’ve ever had, and the omelet was equally impressive. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and crisp. The waiter was attentive with refills (which is very important to me, as mentioned in my previous reviews) and the cleaning staff was efficient as well. Every time we finished a plate, someone promptly came by to clear it and check on how we were enjoying our meal. There was a small issue with my payment when the server accidentally entered the wrong amount, which required me to pay a second time. However, this was no trouble at all given the excellent service we received. We will definitely be back; it’s the perfect spot for breakfast!

The portions were generous and the food was tasty. The prices were reasonable and not overly expensive. However, the service was somewhat lacking; the staff could have been more attentive, though they did come by to check on us periodically. Overall, it was a decent experience for my first visit to Spires Restaurant.

Rosa was our server, and she was fantastic! She helped customize my order just the way I wanted it. My coffee cup was always full, and she was very attentive. The food was amazing! I had the omelette and the French toast. Everything was delightful! Enjoy!

Nice place for a good meal. Many regular customers always return, so it must be good.
