One Vietnamese - Westminster

The food here is excellent, with most dishes inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, and the names are translated so you know exactly what you're ordering. The quality of the food is outstanding. The glasses of water are a bit small, but the staff is attentive and quick to refill them. Customer service is fantastic as well. The presentation of the food is impressive, and it tastes just as good as it looks. You can tell the chef really knows their craft. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Absolutely delicious! This is hands down the best Vietnamese food I've had in Denver! My husband and I enjoyed the cold tofu spring rolls and the veggie egg roll noodle bowl, and everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. They even offer a vegetarian alternative to fish sauce for the noodle bowls, which is such a thoughtful touch! Our server was fantastic, and the restaurant was spotless. We can't wait to return!

This restaurant is incredible! We placed a to-go order while we were nearby, and it looks like we’ll be returning just to dine here again. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection, the noodles had a nice firmness, the spring rolls were crispy, and the flavors were beautifully layered.

Had lunch at One Vietnamese today after a friend recommended it. The service was friendly and prompt, restaurant was super clean. The food was DELICIOUS!! They have a great lunch special (11am 3pm) an entree served with soup and an egg roll. Everything we ate was so fresh and so tasty! Definitely going back.

The servers were very chill and efficient. We were able to dine in and each group were spaced appropriately. The whole place was very clean too and the food we ordered was delicious and the portion size was decent! We all were pleasantly surprised. We ordered chicken fried rice, combination pho as well as the tofu curry from the lunch menu special. The lunch menu came with 2 veggie egg rolls that was bomb, egg fried rice and egg drop soup. There are other options too, but that was what I chose and am happy I did. We would also recommend the kumquat coconut jug. It was enough for the three of us and we were able to finish off our meal with the fried banana dessert. We would gladly go again when we visit the area.
